Yes — browsing and booking is free for customers. You only pay for the service itself, either in cash or online.
How are professionals verified?
Every pro signs up with their phone and email, completes KYC with a live photo, a 20-second video and government identity/address documents, and is approved by our verification team before appearing in search.
What if something goes wrong?
Message our support team from the app or booking screen. Every complaint is reviewed by a real person, and pros our team bans don't come back.
Where do you operate?
